Press Accreditation

OMC Med Energy 2025 registration and pass release system is opening in Autumn 2024.

Working press (reporters, journalists, editors, publishers) requiring access to OMC Med Energy 2025 must get accreditation, offered free of charge.

Please note that only journalists and named members of editorial teams are eligible to receive press accreditation.

Non-journalistic staff (i.e. members of management, assistants, advertising dept. employees, etc.) do not qualify as journalists and will not receive press accreditation.

Press Room

We warmly welcome journalists to join the press room during OMC Med Energy Conference & Exhibition 2025.

Free internet access will be available. There will always be a member of staff to assist you and provide information.

Journalists interested in media releases and updates on OMC Med Energy 2025 events are invited to join our Press list.

General terms & conditions

To get your Press Accreditation you must have a personal account on OMC Med Energy website.

If you are not a registered user, you can Sign in and create your account here.

A copy of press membership card or an official letter from your Publisher must be attached to the Press Accreditation form.

As soon as your accreditation is approved by the Organisers your entry badge will be e-mailed to you to print.

This must be printed and shown together with a valid ID to access OMC Med Energy premises; you may be also asked to present a copy of the above mentioned press credentials.

The badge is personal and must be worn all times during the visit.

Upon arrival collect your Press Kit from the check in desk at registration.
