WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
- Anybody accessing the conference rooms must register before the event starts.
- Remember to apply for your badge and print it to access OMC venue.
- A photo of your ID must be attached to your badge request.
- Complete the registration procedure until you receive an e-mail indicating your order number and payment details.
- An official invoice will be sent within 48 hours.
- All conference registrations fees must be paid in full before the event.
- Personal ID and a health pass (in Italian and/or English) must be shown at check in. Italian law requires participants to show a Covid passport proving they have been fully vaccinated.
COVID POLICY
OMC is committed to live presenting; the organisers plan to hold a safe and secure conference and exhibition in person, putting in place all necessary measures to protect the health & safety of staff and participants.
Event Cancellation / Rescheduling
In case the event could not take place on the selected dates for reasons of “force majeure” (including international travel bans connected to the COVID pandemic) and be postponed, participants having already registered and paid for the conference can decide whether to participating in the rescheduled event or request a refund – less administrative costs of 10%.
Substitutions and cancellation policy:
Substitutions are accepted at any time. Send details and contacts to registration@omc.it
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail. If cancellations are received 30 days before the event starts, 75% of the fees will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations within the last 30 days or in case of no show.
University Students (undergraduate , PhD, Master degrees) benefit from discounted fees. Copy of a student card must be provided upon registration.
Press accreditation is available to the working press (reporters, journalists, editors, publishers). An official letter or copy of press membership card must be sent upon registration and shown at the registration desk for free access.
REGISTRATION FEES vary depending on payment date and option:
Delegate Full Registration (full = 3 days): technical sessions, plenary and panel sessions, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, evening social events.
Full Registration for Speaker/Session Chairperson/Programme Committee Members: same benefits as Delegate full registration.
Student Registration (full = 3 days): technical sessions, plenary and panel sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks

Conference registration entitles you to access the exhibition area, no need to register as a Visitor.
