OMC COVID POLICY
OMC is currently committed to live presenting; the organisers plan to hold a safe and secure conference and exhibition in person, putting in place all necessary measures to protect the health & safety of staff and participants.
Event Cancellation / Rescheduling
In case the event could not take place during the selected dates for reasons of “force majeure” (including international travel bans connected to COVID pandemic) and be postponed, participants having already registered and paid for the conference can decide between participating at the rescheduled event and requesting a refund – less administrative costs of 10%.
SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Substitutions are accepted at any time. Send details to firstname.lastname@example.org
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail. If cancellations are received before 31st August 2021, 75% of the fees will be refunded after the event. There will be no refund for cancellations after 1st September 2021 or in case of no show.
All conference attendees must pay the full registration fees before the event starts.
Complete your registration until you receive a confirmation of order number by e-mail.
An official invoice will be sent within 24 hours indicating Delegate and OMC details.
University Students (undergraduate , PhD, Master degrees) are granted free access to the Conference Sessions as well as a copy of OMC 2021 proceedings provided they remember to show their student ID.
Press accreditation is available to the working press (reporters, journalists, editors, publishers).
An official letter or copy of press membership card must be sent together with accreditation form or shown at the registration desk for free access.

Full Registration for Speaker/Session Chairperson /Programme Committee Members includes:
same benefits as Delegate full registration.
One Day Registration includes:
1 day technical programme, 1 lunch and coffee break, conference materials.
Technical Sessions includes: technical and poster sessions, conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks.
Strategic Panels includes: plenary and panel sessions, conference materials lunches and coffee breaks.

The above registration options entitle you to access the exhibition area, no need to register as a Visitor.

PLEASE NOTE that submitting a registration to OMC 2021 implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Delegates' personal details as collected are stored by the Organisers in view of future communications.
