OMC Med Energy 2027 is scheduled from Tuesday 13th to Thursday 15th April. 

The event overview is constantly updated online. Details of Panels and Technical Sessions, including speakers’ names and presentation titles will be available online in autumn 2026. 

The event takes place at Pala de André - Viale Europa, 1 – Ravenna, Italy

Both Conference and Visitor Registrations are opening in autumn 2026. Conference attendance is subject to payment of fees. Check costs, terms and conditions and sign in to send your registration. Early bird discounted conference registration fees are available between October 2026 and January 2027. 

Badges are associated to personal data provided upon registration and identity checks may be conducted. Substitutions are accepted. Should you need to change the name of a registered participant, just e-mail details to registration@omc.it and wait for a new badge to be created while the old one will be deactivated.

Lunch invitations to access the Delegate Restaurant are included in conference registration. Tickets must be collected at check-in and handed in to access the buffet lunch. Any allergy and/or GF, Halal, vegan, vegetarian choice must be indicated in the booking form. Exhibitors and Visitors can purchase their buffet lunch voucher onsite. A choice of salads, sandwiches and main courses are also availabre from the Bar and Cafèteria. Exhibitors will find details of the catering services for their stands inside the Exhibitors Manual.

Free Wi-Fi is provided to all registered conference participants who will find access codes inside their welcome kit. Exhibitors who wish to purchase the service should contact exhibition@omc.it or the Technical Services desk (opposite Hall 5).

Free parking spaces are available at the venue and nearby areas. Volunteer staff are available to assist, however please note car parks are not supervised. Shuttle bus service is provided to/from car parks in the area (5/10 min. walking distance). 

Exhibitors' list is online but please note that only registered website users can download the excel list, contact the exhibiting companies, download the Exhibitors' brochures and see their photo gallery. OMC Med Energy website registration is always available here.

Services and supplies are listed in the Exhibition Technical Manual sent to all exhibiting companies and available for download in the Exhibitor reserved area.

Please note that only suppliers listed in the manual are allowed to provide services related or connected to OMC Med Energy. Our technical services will be glad to provide detailed information: technical@ies.co.it

There are few rooms available. Advanced booking is required. For a quote, please contact exhibition@omc.it indicating date, time, type of meeting to be held.

For lost & found items, please contact the onsite conference check in desk at reception. For enquiries after the event e-mail registration@omc.it.

Accommodation is not provided by the organisers. The official travel agency will be glad to assist you.  

The Exhibition halls and facilities are wheelchair accessible, so are Conference Rooms A, B, C. Please note Room D and Press Room have stairs access only.

Cancellations must be in writing. 70% refund for cancellations up to 45 days before the event. No refund for late cancellations or in case of no show. Substitutions are accepted at any time; please e-mail full details including order and invoice number to registration@omc.it

Access is denied to anyone under 18. Infants under age 3 may enter if accompanied by an adult and secured in a stroller, provided they sign a waiver at the entrance. No pets allowed other than guide and service dogs.
