Conference Registration

Registered participants have access to both the Technical and Strategic programmes, which run in parallel.

The Technical Sessions bring together engineers, scientists, and academics turning ideas into real-world solutions, with a strong emphasis on cross-border collaboration and shared innovation.

The Strategic Panels offer a high-level platform for dialogue among industry leaders, policymakers and authorities focusing on the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the global energy landscape well beyond the Mediterranean region.

Please note the Opening Plenary is limited access: should you wish to attend it, make sure you perform Full Premium registration.

Delegate Registration

We offer several types of registrations, including participation in Technical Sessions, Strategic Panels, Opening Plenary, access to the exhibition area, complimentary Wi-Fi and free download of the conference proceedings.                Opening in October 2026

Group Bookings

10% discount is applied to orders containing 5 Full Premium Conference registrations or more; this implies 1 single invoice and 1 single payment. If you are part of a team of 10 or more, please contact the organisers for special deals.

Entry Badges

Badges will be sent by email to all registered participants a few days before the event. To avoid queuing, we kindly ask you to print your badge before coming to the event. Digital badges aren't accepted.  

Student Registration

Full-time undergraduate students are granted free access to the conference rooms and the Exhibition.  Group bookings are welcome upon arrangement: contact the organisers to plan your group visit.                     Opening in October 2026

Press Accreditation

Members of the working press providing an accreditation letter or copy of valid press card upon registration are welcome to attend the Conference and visit the Exhibition. Advanced accreditation is mandatory.          Opening in October 2026
