OMC Med Energy 2027 PARTICIPANTS REGULATIONS
Thank you for your interest in joining the event. OMC SCRL and IES SRL have established the following regulations for attendees of OMC Med Energy 2027. These regulations apply to anyone accessing the event premises.
Admission and Identification
- Entry: All participants must register providing truthful information. In case of false statements, the interested party will be denied access and prosecuted as required by law.
- Badges are personal, non-transferable, and valid for single-day entry or 3-day entry according to the related purchase.
- Badges must be worn at all times while inside the venue
- Substitutions are accepted until 10th April 2027 in writing registration@omc.it. No refund in case of cancellation or no show.
Respect and Inclusion
The Organisers ensure fair treatment for all, regardless of personal characteristics such as age, origin and/or gender.
Security and Screening
- Security Screening: Please allow extra time for metal detectors security screening at OMC Med Energy venue gates. All participants are subject to metal detector screening. If you are an expectant mother, wheelchair-bound or have a health condition incompatible with metal detector screening, please inform security personnel upon arrival and alternative search will be carried out. Guests wearing religious headcover or bulky clothing may undergo additional screening in private.
- Prohibited Items: For everyone's safety and security, the following items are NOT allowed into the event facilities and will be confiscated at the entrance: Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas, Chemicals , Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles, Fireworks, Smoke bombs, Flammable liquids, Illegal drugs or substances including any form of marijuana mushrooms, Large or offensive signs, Alcohol, Police/radio scanners/jammers of any kind, Weapons (i.e. knives, pepper spray and other aerosols, key rings/key chains for self-defense, stun-guns, any concealed weapons and any ammunition or accessories to weapons). Any other devices that may potentially interfere with, harm, and/or distract any participant, other guest, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording, or any technology-related service provided by the venue
The Organisers and the security staff on their behalf reserve the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis.
Prohibited Conducts
- Sales and Solicitation: Selling goods within is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Violators will be asked to leave the event venue, and authorities may be contacted if necessary.
- Distribution of Materials: Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials within the event venue is not allowed and may lead the entry badge being revocated. The Organisers reserve the right to lead the interested party outside the event venue.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the event venue. Violators will be subject to fines as per national regulations, with increased penalties if minors or pregnant individuals are present. Designated smoking areas are available.
Liability
The Organisers are not liable for damages to personal property or injuries at the venue, except where directly caused by the Organisers. Misinformation caused by unauthorized third-party promotions is not the Organisers' responsibility.
Photography and Filming
Photographs and videos are not permitted without the Organisers’ written permission. The prohibition includes photographs and videos made with any type of equipment (i.e. smartphones, tablets, cameras) as well as drawings or audio recordings. In the event of such a violation, the Organisers reserve the right to protect, in any competent office, the copyrights and other related rights.
The Organisers may capture images and recordings for promotional purposes, to document and promote the event through their website, editorials, paper and digital documents. Participants expressly authorize the Organisers to use data, images, videos portraying themselves or any other materials uploaded by the interested party onto the registration platforms or taken / provided during the visit at the event. The Organisers may use the aforementioned data, images, videos not only for journalistic and communication purposes, but also for promotional-commercial purposes. No use will be made in contexts prohibited by law or that compromise decorum and dignity. The processing of multimedia materials will be carried out by the Organisers in full compliance with the regulations in force on the subject.
If participants wish to avoid being recorded, they should notify the Organisers. No compensation is offered for image use.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation for reasons of “force majeure” rescheduled by the Organisers, compensation will be in one of the following forms:
- by reconfirming the validity of the registration for the rescheduled event
- should the participant be unable to attend on the new dates: 60% of the fees refunded.
Minors and Animals
- Under-18s are not permitted entry. Infants under age 3 may enter if accompanied by an adult and secured in a stroller. A waiver must be signed at the gates.
- Animals are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service dogs.
General Provisions
The Organisers will not be liable in any way for any additional costs, charges, expenses, damages incurred by the interested party in conjunction with their visit to OMC Med Energy.
These regulations, available on the OMC Med Energy website, are subject to updates by the Organisers. Participants are encouraged to review the latest version.
By accessing the event, visitors agree to abide by these terms for the benefit and safety of all attendees. The terms and conditions of these Visitor Regulations represent the only existing contract between the Parties.
