All OMC participants should print and fill in this COVID SELF DECLARATION before arriving at OMC 2021 Venue. It must be handed in the first time you access.
It is a certification in digital and printable format, issued by the national platform of the Ministry of Health, which contains a QR Code to verify its authenticity and validity. The COVID-19 green certification is required in Italy to participate in events and ceremonies, move in and out of territories classified in "red zone" or "orange zone". From 1 July, the COVID-19 green certification is valid as an EU digital COVID certificate and makes it easier to travel to and from all countries of the European Union and the Schengen area. The Certification attests one of the following conditions:
- have had the anti COVID-19 vaccination
- be negative on the rapid molecular or antigen test within the past 48 hours
- be cured of COVID-19 in the past six months
The international certification of vaccination is considered as equivalent to the EU Green Pass.
Documents must be written in Italian and/or English.
A Covid-19 test can be made at many places in Ravenna, you can do a rapid test with results in 15 minutes, valid for 48 hours, or a PCR test valid for 72 hours, in both cases testing centers can send results to the local health center – AUSL – which will release by email or sms the green pass (this usually takes 4/5 hours). Phone booking is mandatory, direct access is not allowed.
Find out all relevant information about the green pass here https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/
